What is this again? What does Aisle 5ive do again?

- We're a grocery store which provides fresh produce & other essential household items. We offer delivery and will be in several 'treasures spot' locations selling store items you can find here on our online site. 

How can I place an order?

- Easy! Just find the items you want & need, click to add them to your cart. Select your delivery options. Pay in your preferred method. Check out. Just like that you've checked out of Aisle 5ive. 

Do you deliver?

- Yes! In fact if you order over $25 worth of groceries the delivery is free! 

How long does delivery take?

Typically the same day if placed before 12:00pm. If after 12:00pm we deliver produce the next day before EOD (7:00pm).

Do you sell only fruits and veggies?

- No. We also sell snacks, water, dairy and other household essentials.

What if I can't find my item?

- If you don't see your favorite item listed that means it's either, out of season, out of stock or we haven't started selling that just yet. Always let us know if there is an item you want to carry that we don't have.

What if I need an item returned?

- Contact us and we'll see how we can fix the issue. Perishable foods are non refundable. Damaged produce from delivery by Aisle 5ive is replaceable for free. Items which come in food boxes cannot be returned. Please feel free to reach out to us, we know produce can be subjective. 

How do I reach customer support?

- Email: info@aisle5ive.store - please include your full name, order confirmation number* (if applicable), Subject line, and a brief reason for the inquiry. 

What types of payment do you accept and where do we pay?

- Acceptable forms of payment

• Cash, Debit & Credit Cards (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, JBC)

• Crypto Currencies (Bitcoin Ethereum, & USD Coin) 
• Apple Pay
• Paypal
• Google Pay

- These can all be made payable through the website, over the phone or of of course in person.
